Dr. Neil S. Gladstone is a native of Missouri. He was born and educated in St. Louis.
He is a graduate of University City High School, Central Methodist College (Fayette, Missouri) with honors, and received his MD from the University of Missouri (Columbia). Internship and Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology were at St. Johns Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis. From 1973 to 1975, Dr. Gladstone was on active duty in the United States Air Force with the rank of Major. He served as the Vice-Chair of the Department of OB/GYN from 1974 to 1975.
Dr. Gladstone and his family moved to Atlanta in 1975. He practiced at Southern
Regional Medical Center and Georgia Baptist Hospital until he retired from clinical practice in 2018.
In the 1990s, his practice evolved from Obstetrics to Surgical with an emphasis in
Endoscopic Surgery. From 2000 to 2018, the practice was more medical-based with an emphasis on Hormone replacement Therapy, Menopause, and Osteoporosis.
In 2008, Dr. Gladstone opened a Cosmetic and Laser Practice. Today, he is the Medical Director and consultant to several Cosmetic practices. In addition, he has been involved with practices that offer complementary and alternatives to traditional Medicine. Dr. Gladstone believes that these alternatives are the future of Medicine.
This is the second association with Dr. David Orlando and Medical Director for Innovative Health and Wellness. Prior to rejoining the practice, he served as the Medical Director of 2 practices involving Erectile Dysfunction and Male Hormone Replacement. In addition, he was trained in performing Hair Transplant surgery with an emphasis on Hormone Therapy in Men and Women. In 2025, Dr. Gladstone was elected to the prestigious International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons.
Dr. Gladstone is or has been a member of numerous professional organizations. He is a Life Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Surgeons.
