Cristina Reale’ has been serving in the nursing field since 2015, bringing a deep sense of care, experience, and dedication to those she serves. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and board-certified Critical Care Registered Nurse. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University.

Her approach thoughtfully combines evidence-based medicine with lifestyle guidance, always honoring each person’s unique story and needs.

Originally born and raised near Biloxi, Mississippi, Cristina has called Woodstock home for over 18 years. She is married to her high school sweetheart, is the proud mom of two awesome teenage boys, and shares her home with a silly 70-pound Goldendoodle named Gus. In her free time, she and her family enjoy boating on Lake Allatoona and spending time on their mountain land in Ellijay.

Cristina believes that feeling truly seen and supported is an essential part of healing. She takes time to listen, educate with kindness, and create care plans that feel reassuring and sustainable. She loves her community and is genuinely excited to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals and families she serves. Her goal is for every patient to feel understood, cared for, and gently guided as they work toward improved health and well-being.
