I had been yo-yo dieting for several years after having kids, trying to lose the extra weight I had gained when pregnant. I tried just about every diet out there and failed at each one of them because they weren't sustainable. I was introduced to the Ketogenic diet in June of 2018 and thats when my weight loss journey truly began. I give credit to Innovative Health & Wellness by keeping me accountable in my weight loss journey with weekly weigh ins, support from the entire team and educated coaching. I'm loving my new lifestyle and finally feel comfortable in my own skin!

Starting weight w/ IHW 195 on 8/16 Motavation over weight mother came and achieved goal weight w/IHW. Weight today 160. Patient had very bad skin and allergy issues as well that has gone away with wt loss and healthy life style changes.*

“I have always struggled with my weight, even as a child. After many failed attempts to get my weight under control, I decided to take one more chance and try the Hcg Diet.

I started the Hcg Diet on April 28, 2010 at the suggestion and encouragement of my friend, Rashelle Fox with Innovative Health and Wellness and Neil Gladstone, M.D. I noticed a difference in this “diet” almost immediately! I had more energy and no longer felt the need to sleep all the time. The care and encouragement that I have received from Innovative Health and Wellness and Dr.Gladstone have been phenomenal!!! I wanted to say thank you. I came in for the allergy testing and an adjustment yesterday. I have struggled with my breathing the last 10 years living here. My allergic tests confirmed why. But having my neck adjustment immediately after opened my sinuses. I went home and realized that I was breathing better than I have in a long time! I slept so great and am in shock of the difference.

I googled to see how chiropractic adjustments can help allergies and sinuses and there was a ton of endorsements and reasons why that is yes.
